Important: We do not vet, certify or endorse drivers or passengers. All arrangements, travel and interactions are made at your own risk.
The Service includes an internal messaging system so that users can communicate. You agree not to send spam, unlawful content, abusive material or harass other users. Messages may trigger optional email notifications to the recipient.
We are not responsible for the content of user messages, and deleted messages cannot be recovered.
Harry Weekenders is a platform only. We do not guarantee rides, verify identities, provide insurance, or ensure safety of users or vehicles. All ride arrangements are between users. You accept that use of the Service is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harry Weekenders excludes liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.
Any donations or payments between users are arranged and completed outside the Service. Harry Weekenders does not process payments and is not responsible for payment disputes or refunds.
